Bailey's Irish Pudding Shots
1 cup cold milk (whole or 2%)
1 cup cold Bailey's Irish Cream or other Irish Cream liqueur
1 (3.9 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding mix
whipped cream
Combine milk and Bailey's in a mixing bowl. Whisk in pudding mix until well-combined.
Quickly spoon into individual 1-oz. disposable shot glasses. Chill at least one hour.
Garnish with whipped cream before serving. Makes 16-18 shots.
