How can you have a serious conversation on the bus or skytrain and not know that people around you are listening? *shrug* Beats the heck outta me.

Today I was doing my morning eavesdrop as I read my book (multi-tasking is a wonderful thing) and the couple in the seats next to me were talking about the party (?)they attended the night before. It turns out that their friend of a friend brought his new girlfriend and they proceeded to have drink after drink because he was nervous about introducing her to his friends she was just looking for the free alcohol...or so the couple thought.

It was a pretty funny thing but then I had someone want to share my seat. She turned to me and claimed to be a psychic and proceeded to tell me that "I know that you're not a cow but if you had brown eyes instead of green they'd show your patience and sense of humour." She got off at the next stop and let's just say that I was pondering....If I was a cow.....I wouldn't be riding the skytriain....my eyes are hazel ... could be more blue than green or vice versa and wait wait....stuff shows in my eyes....gotta be the sleep guck still stuck to my lashes....
