Guess What I've Done Now?!?

Now that MyLuc has his new computer system with all the fancy burner cd thingy and bigger umm....space? I am so not a computer person.

Anywho...I've got his. Woohoo! I can now burn my own cd's and copy stuff onto cd and watch DVD's in the bedroom (where my computer is located) and it is so much faster. It's awesome!

MyLuc purchased the Diamond Edition of Neverwinter Nights which comes with all the expansion packs on one DVD instead of having to purchase everything separately...which is what he did when he had my computer.

So last night he decides that it's about time that I give it a try. *shrug* So I did. Now watching him as I have over the last few years and knowing that I'm going to have to learn to coordinate my mouse and left and right buttons, scroller thingy and know keyboard controls I'm a little uneasy. But I gave it a go.

It is kinda addicting. Before I knew it 3 hours had passed and my little druid was on her way outta the academy after healing an injured man, hitting a defence teacher with her weeny little club, setting a trap and o'course healing herself.

I don't use all of the keyboard controls (F this and that) and am fairly mouse proficient but it'll be a challenge. Especially since I'd rather read than be on the computer. *shrug* Oh well, it'll keep me entertained through the winter months...or so MyLuc hopes.

MyLuc says that as soon as I've done the first ___________ (I can't remember what he called it)...he'll join me and we'll go on quests. He's totally excited and can't wait.

And that's my news. Something new. Something I didn't think I'd end up doing. Being stuck in a game with MyLuc ... and he being in the other room.

And Killer Bunnies - MyLuc had some friends over for dinner, they played one round, addicted they are...we're going over there on Friday and they've asked that we bring Killer Bunnies and perhaps something bunny related. I voted for carrot cake. We'll see.

*HUGE HUGS* Thanks for reading.

I'm not a computer person either (aside from being totally and admittedly addicted to the Internet), but my hubby finally talked me into playing with him. So we stay up late and play Age of Empires, and most recently, StarWars Battlefront. It's a weirdly bonding experience. Good for the marriage!

I totally enjoyed watching Luc and learning the characters with Age of Empires. I can hope that we have our "togetherness" moments as well.

Thank you for reading.
